A girl and her friend start talking to someone on line and he invites
them somewhere and he ends up being some weirdo with tattoos all over
(literally everywhere) and he hangs his self by his nipples and he
kidnaps them, and he sews her mouth up, i think. and her dad is a cop
and he starts searching and searching and he find him in a house with
painted windows.
